Building administrators manage more than numbers. They need to track different allocation rules, changing occupants, previous balances, and the paperwork residents depend on. Spreadsheets can make that work difficult to follow and hand over.

How we approached it

We connected the building register to expense allocation, billing publication, statements, and payment records. Data stays in the browser through a local database, with imports and backups supporting the work people already do.
