THE CHALLENGE

A useful problem

A room full of people holds useful information, but collecting it should not interrupt the session. Organizers need a simple participant experience and a clear view of the responses coming back.

How we approached it

We gave participants a lightweight submission flow and organizers a separate reporting surface. An event-driven backend validates and processes responses, aggregates option counts, and supplies cached snapshots to the dashboard.
